Ricky Martin and his boyfriend Carlos Gonzalez have split up

Ricky Martin is single again after splitting up from his long-term boyfriend Carlos Gonzalez.
“Ricky and Carlos have mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be united by friendship and their shared experiences,” an official spokesperson has confirmed.
Ricky – who is father to five-year-old twin boys born via surrogate – and stockbroker Carlos got together in 2008, before Ricky came out in 2010.
The Livin’ La Vida Loca singer attended his New Year’s Eve performance at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun alone, and sources have told People that split was comes down to the fact that Ricky and Carlos have spent too much time apart recently,
“They've spent very little time together and have grown apart. They've been on the outs for a while now.”
