Justin Bieber is forced to cut South American concert short due to illness

Pop superstar Justin Bieber was forced to cut a concert short in Argentina after coming down with a bout of food poisoningJustin Bieber had to curtail his performance due to illness.

The Canadian youngster had bravely ventured onto the stage despite it being against doctors' orders.

"Argentina," the Biebs tweeted. "Been a rough day but the show must go on. I'm coming.

"This sucks. #sick food poisoning.

"Not feeling so good. Actually pretty sick. Pulling it together. Argentina we got a show to do. Love u."

Justin's best mate director Alfredo Flores, also took to Twitter to defend his friend.

"Going against doctors orders he still went on stage tonight. The last thing Justin ever wants to do is let his fans down."

Although possibly he may want to be caught leaving another 'brothel', a tiny bit less.

"He gave it his all," added Alfredo. "But health always comes first. Proud of him for even getting out there and giving it a go. Today was a rough one."

The star's manager Scooter Braun also defended his charge, writing: "He tried his hardest, you guys don't see him in between songs when he comes offstage, I do, I don't know how he made it as far as he did.

"He's going to be OK... kid is tougher then anyone..."

Still, the singer has something to smile about - he won Best Male at the EMAs for the fourth year running. Oh, and even Frankie Cocozza recently defended him.
